The former Vice-President Student Affairs for Acadia University, Paula was responsible for overseeing all aspects of student life including: student services, student recruitment, athletics, health services, counseling, residence life, public affairs and alumni.
Prior to her appointment as Vice-President, Paula served as the project manager for the Acadia Advantage, which remains the only comprehensive university "mobile computing" in Canada. Instrumental in facilitating the research, planning and the strategic implementation of this project including faculty development, Paula’s success is marked by her ability to bring the University's faculty, staff and students together under the common umbrella of technology.
During nearly a decade as a senior administrator at Acadia University, Paula led strategic planning at both the institutional and sector level. She is highly-regarded and recognized for her extensive knowledge of Student Affairs and is widely sought after as a consultant in the areas of strategic planning and student services.
